How to add a Page in your blog

Recently, blogger launched the most waited option in blogs . Adding Static pages to your blog:
At the Dash Board:
- Click on Edit Posts as following image:
- Click on Edit Pages as the following:
- Click on "New Page" Button because you haven't add any pages yet:
- Now write your title and the content of your page
- Then click on Publish as the following:

How do I add various Posts to a new Page?
Once I've added a new page with content, I'd like to add more posts to it.

There's no way to add posts in static pages.
I don't prefer using pages because of that.
You can make labels as "HOW TO" at the head of my home page

I see, your template don't contain tabs header .. so you should download another template that contains those tabs on the top of the header.
If you downloaded another template with tabs, it will be easy to change the names of tabs by Editing HTML and finding the text of tabs and change its "a href" and its name
